Sunningdale is a modern guest house offering bed and breakfast accommodation on the north side of Scarborough, opposite Peasholm Park and only 300 yards from the North Bay Beach, Scarborough Cricket Ground, five minute walk to the Indoor Swimming Pool and the Scarborough Bowls Centre. Sunningdale is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9am.

Accommodation: Bedrooms are on two floors. All rooms are en-suite with either a bath or shower. All rooms have colour T.V., central heating, hairdryers and comfortable chairs.
Tea and coffee facilities are provided free of charge. Your room also has a radio alarm clock.

Our aim is to make your stay a relaxing experience.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance to save any problems with cancellations due to ill health etc.
